Trustee Data, Verbatim
The National Data Center (NDC) was established by Chapter 13 Trustees at the request of national creditors.
Our goal is to improve communication and collection of Chapter 13 information.
The NDC is a source for comprehensive case and claims data, as recorded and stored within the Trustees' offices. Information is updated on a nightly basis. The NDC benefits
debtors, creditors, attorneys – essentially anyone in the Chapter 13 community. Click Here for a US map that shows participating Trustees in each state
NDC data is only available for tracking or collection by those with a documented, fiduciary interest in an active bankruptcy case (parties-in-interest). The data is NOT available to mortgage brokers and other marketers with use strictly regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
For Your Productivity
The NDC is an invaluable complement to traditional Bankruptcy Notification Services, by leveraging all documented financial details of a specific bankruptcy or bankruptcy portfolio throughout the Chapter 13 lifecycle:
- Improve tracking and management of debtor payments and Trustee disbursements
- Properly capture payment descriptions for more accurate postings
- Directly access the data recognized by the court for validation or proactive management of filings
- Leverage the NDC information yourself or through our portal for powerful exception reporting
